Return/Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of Leaders Boxing USA products we can only accept returns/exchanges if the product is unused, in pristine condition, and within 15 days of purchase.
- However, if you do have a problem with your purchase please contact us so that we may attempt to help you resolve it.
- Gear that has been used and subject to normal wear and tear is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Please do not use the gear if you feel that there is an issue, please contact us first.
- Refused, returned, or canceled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Exchange shipping will not be paid by Leaders Boxing USA, but by the Customer.
- Shipping charges are not refundable any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- You can request a return shipping label to be emailed to you, but the cost will come out of the refund as we do not refund any shipping charges.
- Please contact us prior to any and all returns.
